CCF Shooting Success

    15 Cadets, across all three services, from Campbell College CCF competed on a national stage at one of the most prestigious school shooting competitions in the world.Campbell College shooting team won the Inniskilling Cup at the NRA meeting at Bisley, which ran from 9th-14th July. 

    The A team (Chris Ashe, Andrew Dunn, John Gildea and Toby Hopkinson) placed second in the Cadet 1K Shoot. Individually Andrew Dunn and Chris Ashe won a bronze medal in the shoot. John Gildea placed 5th in the McQueen Sniper shoot and Ryan Lindsay placed 42 in the Cadet 100, this was a significant result as Ryan was up against 470 shooters competing for a place.
