Careers : home
The Careers Department at Campbell College aims to provide all students with a range of activities that will help them as individuals to make choices and transitions appropriate to their individual circumstances.
We promote an interactive approach to developing skills and to encouraging our students to become independent learners. We provide a range of opportunities for students to assess their strengths, personal qualities, achievements and potential. We encourage students to implement their career plans through review and evaluation of their decision-making.
The Careers Department believes that these decision-making skills will equip our students with the self-confidence to make effective transitions not only from school to work but also throughout life.
This is a forward-looking department committed to forging a very strong link between the demands of the curriculum and the reality of the world of work.

Individual Departments have designated Careers Information notice boards. This system ensures that students can make the link between the subjects they study and relevant job opportunities.
Students have the opportunity to participate in Work Experience in Year 13, Mock Interviews in Year 14 and can develop their entrepreneurial skills through participation in a range of seminars including Project Business.
