Junior School Uniform Requirements for August 2020
All pupils from Prep 1 - Prep 7 should attend in their school PE kits.
School Shop Summer Opening Hours
As you will appreciate, the on-going retail restrictions and social distancing will have a significant impact on how we serve our customers in the School Shop this summer. To that end, we have revised procedures to keep both our staff and customers safe, the most significant being a pre-ordering system and appointment system.
Current pupils are required to fill in a uniform pre-order request form and return it to Mrs Debbie Rae at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are currently in the process of setting up a website page to display the uniform requisites and prices which should go live on 29th July. Orders must be placed by Friday 14th August 2020. If you know now what you need to order, you do not need to wait for the web page to go live and can return the pre-order form.
When payment has been received, you will be advised when your order is ready for collection which will be from 17th August from the Junior Common Room.
The shop will be open in August on an appointment only basis for new pupils this summer. Appointments can be booked online now using the following link:
https://calendly.com/ccbshop - Please note - this system is for new intake only.
To help the College and parents, we have allocated a recommended appointment window, which will be strictly 15 minutes per child or 30 minutes for 2+ children.
We are happy to exchange or refund unused garments if your purchases are unsuitable within 30 days of purchase.
We respectfully ask that you do not visit the School Uniform Shop unless by prior arrangement. Should you have any queries, please contact Mrs Debbie Rae.
