School Uniform
Pupils take pride in wearing the Campbell colours, reflecting the tradition and heritage of the College. Our distinctive caps and striped blazers can be spotted in archive photographs dating back over a century.
It is our intention to return to full school uniform from September 2021 onwards, unless government guidance regarding COVID-19 restrictions changes over the summer months.
Campbell College Shop
All items of uniform are available from the Campbell College Shop, which is located down the stairway off the main entrance in the Senior School Building.
During term time it is open from 3.30pm - 4.15pm.
Alternatively, parents can order online via www.campbellcollegeshop.co.uk and be notified via email when their orders are ready for collection.
Over the summer, parents purchasing uniforms can call into the College Shop at the following times:
· Monday 9th August until Tuesday 31st August
· 9.00am – 4.30pm
· Closed for lunch from approximately 1.00pm – 1.30pm (depending upon when customers leave)
Alternatively, parents can order online during the month of August via www.campbellcollegeshop.co.uk and be notified via email when their orders are ready for collection.
· Online orders are to be placed by Friday 20th August 2021 at the latest.
· Online ordering will not be available during July, to accommodate re-stocking and staff holidays.
To safeguard our College community, customers are asked to maintain a socially distanced queue outside the shop, if it is busy. Only two customers/families will be allowed in the shop at any time.
The College Shop will be happy to exchange or refund unused garments within 30 days of purchase, should your purchase not be suitable.
School Meals
As a health-promoting school, our pupils are encouraged to make healthy lifestyle choices through their work in the following Areas of Learning: Personal Development & Mutual Understanding, The World Around Us and Physical Education and visits to the school by health promotion agencies.
All food is cooked from fresh in the College kitchen, and meals are served to Junior School pupils in the Dining Hall of the Senior School. The three-week menu cycle, developed by our Catering Manager in consultation with our whole school community, meets the required Nutritional Standards. Special provision is made for those with specific dietary needs.
Wrap-Around Care
Wrap-around care is available from 8.00am until 5.30pm, affording our parents the reassurance that their children are well looked after in a safe and caring family environment throughout the day.
Our Breakfast and After School Clubs are located in our Junior School buildings, meaning that the children are comfortable in familiar surroundings and parents have the convenience of one drop off and pick up location.
To facilitate the deployment of staff, catering arrangements and planning, please note that Wrap Around Care must be booked in advance.
Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club is available from 8.00am each morning until school starts, and offers a very welcoming and cheerful start to the school day.
After School Club
We seek to create a ‘home from home’ experience for those enrolled in our After-School Club, which is available from the end of school until 5.30pm each day.
Pupils enjoy a healthy snack, before participating in a carousel of fun activities including:
· Story-time
· Arts & Crafts
· Puzzles and Board Games
· Construction Activities
· Outdoor Play
· Computers (supervised)
· Sports
· Home Learning

School Accounts
An invoice for the full year’s fees, including charges for stationery, transport and school meals for the full academic year, will be issued in September 2021.
This must be paid in full within 30 days of receipt or by Direct Debit.
Direct Debits
Direct Debits will run from October 2021 to July 2022 (i.e. 10 months).
Please complete a mandate form (available from the School Office) and return the original signed copy to the Bursar’s Office to enable this arrangement to be set up. Parents subsequently will be informed of the monthly amounts and payment dates.
Childcare Vouchers
These can be used for Kindergarten Fees and for Wrap Around Care for all Year Groups.
+Pay System
The +Pay feature within ParentMail is an online payment system, used by schools across the UK to manage and collect small payments. This avoids the need for children to bring cash into school, which is particularly helpful in relation to the protective protocols surrounding COVID-19.
This is used for additional charges relating to optional extras, such as educational trips, play tickets, special events and donations towards charity projects.
