Pastoral Concern Form

Campbell College is committed to the physical and emotional wellbeing of all our pupils.  The pastoral team - tutors, Heads of Year, Housemasters, and Senior Leadership - will respond sensitively and quickly to concerns that are raised.

This Pastoral Concern Form provides pupils and parents with the opportunity to share any pastoral concerns they may have. All matters raised will be treated discreetly and professionally - however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed if concerns of a Safeguarding or Child Protection nature are raised.

Pupils may use the Pastoral Concern Form to ask to speak to a member of staff if they have a problem or if they are worried about another pupil.  Pupils or parents may also request a referral to the independent School Counsellor, though this can be done directly via familyworksni.com.
